Jesse Lafuenti is a Customer Support Engineer with the CloudCenter Support team in the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). He works closely with customers to troubleshoot CloudCenter issues, assisting in CloudCenter Jumpstart training sessions. Jesse Lafuenti has a Computer Science degree from North Carolina State University and earned his CCNA R&S shortly after joining Cisco. He is also interested in developing scripts to assist in analyzing logs.
Tony Villalta is a Customer Support Engineer in the CloudCenter Support team. He graduated from East Carolina University with his Bachelors in Industrial Technology. Tony is a dedicated Customer Support Engineer and has worked with Cisco for almost 4 years. He currently holds his CCNA Route/Switch and before he joined the Technical Assistance Center (TAC), he was part of the Cisco Cloud Managed Services (CMS) organization.
Mitch Cramer is an Engineer in the Technical Assistance Center for CloudCenter. Mitch graduated from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelors in Software Engineering and has a strong passion for improving products. Shortly after joining Cisco, Mitch earned his CCNA Route/Switch and is working towards further certifications.
Elvis Ourfali is a Customer Support Engineer in the CloudCenter Support team in LATAM. He graduated from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica de las Fuerzas Armadas (UNEFA) with a Bachelors in Telecommunications Engineering. Elvis has experience in Customer Support for 8 years with huge strength in customer/provider relationships. Although having a strong background in mobile data and short message messaging from previous experiences, he has a strong passion for new technologies and CloudCenter has really caught his attention. He earned his Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) after joining Cisco and is currently working towards further certifications related to Cloud and
data center technologies.
Vihar Kuruppathukattil is a SME with Cloud Center support team in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and having 8 years of experience in Support industry. He has graduated from the University of Pune with his Bachelors in Business Administration. He has also completed his Masters in MBA in information technology. He has got good exposure in Virtualization, and cloud technology and has held certifications like RHCE, CCNA, CCA[Xenserver]. Prior Joining to Cisco, he was working as a Customer Success Engineer in Cliqr Technologies also known as Cloud Center.
Andrew Wong is a Customer Support Engineer in the Cisco CloudCenter support team. Prior to joining Cisco, Andrew worked at Dell EMC Professional Services. Andrew holds a Computer Science degree from University of California, Davis. He is an EMC Proven Storage Professional and an Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect, and he is working toward his CCNA certifications.
Ratan Mistry is a Customer Support Engineer with CloudCenter Support team in the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). He works closely with customers to troubleshoot CloudCenter issues, assisting in modeling and maintaining applications profiles for CloudCenter Jumpstart training sessions. Ratan Mistry has a Master of Computer Science degree from Northwestern Polytechnic University. He has good DevOps technology experience like Configuration Management tools(Chef/Puppet) as well Container based architect(Docker/Kubernets/Mesos)
