I'm trying to reset cisco ip phones in the config register global mode, but it replies with this message " No contact info available for pool x ".
Please can someone guide me?
You probably won't have any SIP phone registered with CME. Please check the SIP phone registration at that time.
yes you are right, the sip phones were not yet registered with the CME, i had to reset it manually ... thanks

If there mistake in MAC address it will case this problem or what exactly
If the MAC address is wrong, the phone will refuse to register.
Make sure the MAC address is correct.
