I wanted to make sure I am configuring this correctly. *improvised scenario*
I am learning about to networks via BGP 192.168.1.0/22 and 192.168.4.0/22. They are being redistributed to OSPF. I do not want to advertise the routes out my VRF interfaces so this is what I did.
the outgoing interface are fa2/0 and fa2/3 I applied "ip policy route-map TEST" to these interfaces as well as to the VRF tunnels. Lets say t1000 and t1001.
conf t#access-list 1 permit 192.168.1.0 0.0.0.255
permit 192.168.4.0 0.0.0.255
conf t#route-map TEST deny 10
(config-route-map)#match ip address 1
Is this correct? I do not know how to check to see if the routes are being filtered and I do not want to debug it. Thanks.
You may want to permit the rest of the routes.
Also, then you just look inside the VRF (other side?) at the routes received. Or reset the session and watch what is sent.
conf t#route-map TEST permit 20 no match statement as all traffic will be matched by default.
