Hello All,

I have recently passed the CCNP. Can someone please tell me when a printable copy of the certificate will be available?

Cheers

Carlton

    Re: CCNP Certificate Hardcopy

    Hi Carlton,

First of all, congratulations on achieving the CCNP certification!

When you become officially certified in the Certification Tracking System (www.cisco.com/go/certifications/login), you will receive a congratulatory email containing specific instructions for your complimentary certificate such as selecting your preferred certificate type, Printed or Electronic (PDF) and verifying your personal information to ensure delivery to the correct location.

You can view the status of your certificate on your Certification Tracking System profile by clicking on History (on the left navigational bar) and selecting Fulfillment on the pull down tab. (Note: This is not a mailing delivery tracking tool. This tool only provides the current status of your certificate until it is sent out)

If you chose to recieve a printed certificate, it can take 6-8 weeks for delivery from the day it is shipped. If you chose an electronic certificate, it can take up to 10 business days.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Hi Carlton,

Sorry to hear about the issue you encountered. It looks like you may have a credit card block that was imposed after several failed purchase attempts. Please refer to the following FAQ here for more information.

For further assistance on removing the block, you can open a case with the Certification & Communities Online Support team by clicking on the "Contact Us" button on the same FAQ.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Hi ,Rigo

I also have an almost similar problem. I finished my CCNP a month ago and I havent received my hardcopy certificate. On the certificate tracking system,I cant login,I have requested to reset my login account, each time i get an authorisation code(via email) and use my CSCO ID, it tells me that the account has been activated already and I cant proceed. I have tried login using my exam report as well and it tells me my information has been used already. When I go to the link at teh bottom of the page for help it tells me the site is down, it has been like this for the past week. How can I reset my login to track my certificate.

    Regards

Congratulations!  I have my default setting set to a hard copy and I have always received mine pretty quickly.  I had to go on and order a digital copy one time just because I needed it faster and that came the same day.  I believe it was $5.00 USD.

    Hi Darlington,

The issue that you describe may be a Certification Tracking System migration issue. For further assistance and investigation, you will need to open a case with the Certification & Communities Online Support team by visiting the following page www.cisco.com/go/certsupport

A response to your inquiry had also been posted here https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/thread/42332
