Hi, does anywone here encounter issue on Extension mobility user rerouting to AAR? Thanks
I have a phone setup which is working for one user, but when i login using his account, AAR is not working. Is there any restriction running AAR on Extension mobility
"AAR does not support CTI route points as the origin or the destination of calls. Also, AAR is incompatible with the Extension Mobility feature when users roam across different sites".
