Hi guys! I am new in this forum... I started studying for the ROUTE exam and I am thinking of using GNS3 for the practical training. Any of you could recommend some labs manual for CCNP? Or any other way of doing the practical part?
Thanks in advance!
You can find my previous CCNP Workbook here: http://goo.gl/vQWt3 It's based on the older BSCI, BCMSN, ONT, and ISCW exams, but the BSCI content still aligns closely with ROUTE.
Anyone know anything about this book? Is it just a copy of the Lab Guide you get when you take the ROUTE course, which assumes you have access to a live lab so you can do the exercises, or does it show you how to set up the exercises in your own lab?
Not sure if it comes with the course or not, but it is written for the course. It gives you examples of equipment that the labs were run on, but you can use any equipment that supports the technologies for each lab. In most of the labs, they actually print the basic configurations you need for the lab.
Its a great study tool.
I'm in the middle of my route studies and have found these resources for labbing:
Also cisco have the lab manual pdfs for switch and route available for free on the learning network website.
If you dont mind using online material I used www.gns3vault.com for all my CCNP labs. Its a very broad range of topics and was a great study tool. Free as well.
