I think that is called Switching bandwidth (could be Forwarding bandwidth)
and values varies per model, but Hubs will always be much slower;
this is what they will call a trick question, you have to make sure if it is a hub or a switch. A switch each port is a collision domain so for each port on your switch it is 1, now if you connect a hub to that switchport since a hub runs in half duplex, it can only handle one at a time so the hub does 1 only. Since it is connected to the port which does on, some people might add them together.
Since it is connected, it is still only 1 domain, yet if it connects to a switch, add the ports together and that would be your answer then.
