Packet Tracer 5.3.1 - OSPF - EIGRP Routes in database but not routing table.

Hello All,

I am trying to finish the last part of a lab in which it requires me to test the connectivity from an OSPF network to an EIGRP network that is setup with route redistribution. All routers in the OSPF network receive the redistributed routes except for R1E. If I issue the command sh ip ospf database on R1E I can see the networks 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0 which are all located in the EIGRP network. However, when I issue the command sh ip route on R1E those routes are not there. A connected router R1D has all the routes so I am not sure why it's not receiving the external networks into the routing table. I have attached the packet tracer file and network diagram. I'd appreciate any assistance.
