I'm preparing for the CCNP TSHOOT final exam and got one question: does any one know how does the CCNP v6 TSHOOT final netacad exam looks like? I mean is it just like the others (50-60 theory questions) or should I expect any sims? Just need to know what to focus on during my revisions.
The TSHOOT exam is almost entirely lab/simulation-based. To get a feel of what the exam is like, you can visit the official TSHOOT Demo from Cisco here: http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/le2/le37/le10/tshoot_demo.html. I've also included below a response of mine to someone else who asked about the TSHOOT exam a while back:
In preparation for the TSHOOT exam, and on top of reading the "CCNP TSHOOT Official Certification Guide," I familiarized myself with the TSHOOT exam topology, which can be found here:https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/thread/10965.
Also, I spent a lot of time going over the exam topics found here https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/docs/DOC-6567#comment-10301, and making sure that I had a comfortable knowledge of each topic through Cisco documentation review, BSCI/ROUTE Labs, and just general research through trial and error labs.
You can also go here https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/docs/DOC-6738 to get a pretty good idea of what the TSHOOT exam is like.
Hope that helps,
Thanks but you're talking about the exam to get the certificate. I'm asking about the final exam at the Network Academy. Usualy there is theory and skills based exam, but I don't know what to expect this time.
