Dear,

 

last time response from cisco:-

We have not heard from you concerning your request for support since we sent you a response.

i try all purchasing processes  many time to get onlline ccna certification but after all process this error occured-"An Error Occured: NOTE: Credit card payment issues. For assistance, please open a case using the Certifications Online Support tool" please give me all process . 

 

 

sir/ma'am help me .it's urgent for me

    keep trying;

    Is your credit card in good shape ?  To do online shopping you need to have Htpps connection; make sure your browser supports https; and stay on line long enough for transaction to finish;

     

    where are you  ? where are you buying from ?

    Based on the response you received from the Certification & Communities Online Support team, it looks like your case was closed after failing to respond to their inquiries for further assistance.

     

    If your issue is regarding a certificate purchase, it may be possible that a credit card block was imposed after several failed purchase attempts. Please refer to the following FAQ, by clicking here.

     

    For further investigation and assistance, you will need to open a new case with the Certification & Communities Online Support team by clicking on the "Contact Us" button located above the FAQ. You may also want to reference your original case when you open a new support request.

     

    Also, please ensure that you check your case periodically for any updates from the support team, as they may be requesting some information from you in order to be able to assist you. You can check your case status by logging into the Certification & Communities Online Support page.

    Hi Akashdeep,

     

    As mentioned in my previous response (and as stated in your error message), you will need to contact the Certification & Communities Support team once again for assistance. It is possible that there is a credit card block preventing you from making a certificate purchase, and the support team will be able to identify the issue and provide a resolution for you.

    Looks like there is a problem with teh payment system.I'm having exactly teh same error and I'm in Florida .I tried two differents CCards with no luck .I passed my test last Sunday so today only 48 hours has passed .I will wait another 72 hours to see what is wrong with this

    I guess that we have to wait at least 72 hours, see below

     

    Electronic certificates are available in 3-5 business days from the day of your request. Email instructions will be sent to you on how to download your electronic certificate.

     

    To obtain an electronic certificate copy:

    • Go to the Tracking System: www.cisco.com/go/certifications/login

    • Click on Certification Fulfillment

    • Next to "Fulfillment Preference" select Electronic (PDF via Email)

    • Click Save Preference and Continue

    Hi David,

     

    You can view the status of your certificate on your Certification Tracking System profile by clicking on History (on the left navigational bar) and selecting Fulfillment on the pull down tab. (Note: This is not a mailing delivery tracking tool. This tool only provides the current status of your certificate until it is sent out). Once you see a "Mailed" status under Certification Fulfillment, that means that the certificate(Printed or Electronic) has been sent to you.

     

    If you are trying to purchase an additional copy of your certificate and encounter issues/errors, you can open a case with the Certification & Communities Online Support team so that they can investigate to see if a credit card block was imposed on your profile www.cisco.com/go/certsupport

    Hi Rigo:

    Thank you for your help. Looks like I have to wait until a certificat (Printed or Electronic) be sent  to me and after that I can go ahead and purchase aditional copies.I will wait a little longer and see what happens.Thank you one more time .

    Every time I try to pay for each cert I've gotten it gives me this error, no matter what I do. I use my credit card for online purchases and regular purchases all the time. On my second cert I gave up trying and it was sent to me anyway (charged of course).

     

    Can Cisco please come up with a solution that works? What is our $15-$25 for each cert go to? It's certainly not the paper it comes on. nor the $250-$500 we pay to take the exam itself could support a simple ecommerce application that works?
