Sometimes i read articles and i see "In cisco unified CME 4.3 and later versions" but i don't know which version do i have. How can i know which cme version i am using? I mean is there a command i can use on my C2901 router to find out?
I think you can get this form looking at flash content;
don't you copy (xtract) files into flash from tftp server ?
Actually i did not copy anything. I bought the router as voice bundle. So, everything just came installed in it.

I think you have IP voice services integrated into IOS, but CME is separate deal,
not 100% sure so checking ...

I haven't seen the show telephone-services command on the versions I have experience with. Instead they use a very similar command.

You can use the privileged exec command show telephony-service. But if you haven't enabled the telephony services, the IOS will lanch this message:
telephony-service is not enabled
