Just to make sure I understand your inquiry - Do you need to make a correction to the name that appeared on your certificate?
If yes, please open a support case with the Certification & Communities Online Support team to have your name updated, as Ing_percy suggested above. As an FYI, the name on your certificate is reflected from the name on your Certification Tracking System profile, so the support agent will have to make the correction on your profile. You will also be asked to provide legal documentation to support the name correction request.
