Yes, passing one professional level exam (e.g. 300-320 ARCH) on or before the expiration date will recertify your CCNP R&S certification.
Also, just an FYI - If you have a valid CCNP R&S certification and a valid ARCH exam, you could pass the current DESGN (CCDA) exam and that will certify you in CCDP.
Good luck to you!

I have CCNP R&S (Route 300-101, Switch 300-115 and TShoot 300-135), my question it's about the ARCH exam, if I pass this ARCH 300-320 exam my CCNP R&S will be recertified??? Please your help.
If you have a valid CCNP R&S certification, passing any exam of CCNP level or higher before your certification iis expired will recertify your CCNP R&S certification (in fact it will recertify all your valid CCNA- and CCNP-Level certifications). As ARCH is such a CCNP Level exam, it will renew your certifications for 3years beginning of the day of the pass.
good luck with your exam. I only did it so that I could boast two professional level certs.
I found it to be very dry (probably because I dont work in a data centre).
Then every 3 years you can choose one of your professional exams to recertify yourself.
You didnt say in your email but i expect you realize that passing Arch along with your CCNP gives you a CCDP cert.
