    how to enable Qos on the Cisco 2960 x for PBX phone box ?


      Hello everyone,


      We have two sites our phone system runs on PBX box we are having issue with voice quality and i was advised to enable Qos on the Cisco switches that are connected to the PBX box. Can someone help me how to enable Qos for the port that is connect to the PBX box please?


      Also how does the Cisco switch understands that the traffic that is coming from the PBX box is a voice or data ?
