Congratulations on your recent exam pass!
Based on the information provided, you have publicate records in the Certification Tracking System and they will need to be merged to prevent delays with your exam records and/or certification status. To have your duplicate records merged, please open a case online with the Certification & Communities Online Support team and they will be able to assist you.
For your CCNA R&S certification, you are good for successful recertification as long as you pass a qualifying exam on or before the expiration date and it appears that you've accomplished this. The certification status should update automatically once the exam results have been posted in your Certification Tracking System profile. Once the duplicate records have been merged, please login to your profile to view your most current certification status.

I already contacted them, but their reply times are up to 48 hours, and i have no way to call internationally to get immediate help on that, what i am afraid of is the fact that this may not be done before the current cert expires... or you think that by looking at the records and all of that i may still get the recert status along with the new exam showing in my account after this merging occurs?now the
I know this may be a difficult question to answer, but if you can that would be appreciated, thanks for the response and in advanced.
Thank you for your reply. Yes, initial response from the support team can take up to 2 business days. However, as long as records show that you passed the exam on or before the expiration date, you will be recertified even if the merge occurs after the expiration date. You might also consider attaching a copy of your exam score report to your case, if you like.
Usually the certification status and expiration dates are updated automatically after the duplicate profile merge is complete. However, if this does not occur automatically, the support team can make the necessary status adjustments manually.
I hope this helps

Congratulations on your pass of the 210-451 exam!!
I am sure that your recertification issue will be solved soon.
Furthermore since Rigo provided to you very valuable assistance with this issue.
Feel confident, Rigo is very helpful and you can trust on what he tells you.
I wish you all the best in your networking career.
Congrats for passing the exam.
I've scheduled mine for 9 June however I have only prepared by studying the Official Cert Exam Guide. Would you say this is enough to pass?
Can you give any examples of questions you found "out of place" as you put it? I just need to understand what I'm up against with this exam.
Thanks in advance.
the Official Cert Exam guide will not be enough (that was my main study material btw), but I also was able to get the CBT nuggets, additional reading researching on my own, youtube videos of terms that were not so clear to me and the DC dude material on this specific exam:
As for the specific question I cannot share that data, you know Cisco policies when you take their exams... but NetApp experience came handy for me, what i can let you know is that experience, the guide and a lot of research on your own will be needed. you still have some days so make sure you use them wisely as the guide you have read will not be enough.
I hope you re certification went well.
I personally hate leaving my re cert to be too close to end date. But of course you can save money by not doing it months ahead each time you
recertify. I also like nuggets, I reckon they are very helpful and have lot of good tips.
was this the book you thought was not sufficient?
Yes, it was a bit irresponsible on my end, but went well in the end.
Definitely CBTnuggets rock, but for this exam, I don't feel it was as great as the CCNA R&S I watched like 3 years ago.
No. the book i bought was the one by Gustavo A. A. Santana and Chris Jackson:
By looking at the published date i can see the one you refer to was published later, but taking that into consideration there is a newer version also:
I bought mine from Amazon.
Best wishes to all of you trying this and other exams.
