            Hi Gurav,

First of all congratulations on the pass. As for your certificate this will be sent out to you. You will only need to pay the $15 if you wish to obtain a copy of the certificate.

            Regards,

            Mark

                Congrats on passing the exam!

As for the certificate - it can take six to eight weeks.  I've gotten mine as quickly as four weeks, but typically it is six to eight.  You'll receive a certification package with the card, the certificate, and a neat little cardboardesque holder for them.

                  Hi Gaurav,

You will receive one free CCNA certificate kit and delivery is typically 6-8 weeks (for a hard copy) OR 10 business days (for a soft copy), depending on your selected preference.

The $15 charge only applies if you wish to purchase additional certificate kits.

                  Regards,

                  Rigo

Congrats on passing!  How did you prepare for the exams?  What material did you find most beneficial?  I am just starting to prepare for the CCNA and welcome any suggestions.

Thank You Rigo For your reply actually that error came since the first attempt. As soon as i gave the details of Credit Card that error came. And i tried 2 Credit cards details still the problem was same.

And actually i am confused in one matter that is at least it should try to go for the verification of Cardcard , but directly that error message is shown....

                                    Please kindly help me out.

                                    Thank You
