Here is another GNS3 lab covering the BGP with no synchronization.  Configuration of R3, R4 and R5 inside AS 65100.  Full iBGP mesh with no IGP needed.  BGP synchronization is disabled on all routers.  The iBGP peers inside AS 65100 use "next-hop-self" and two static routes (one on R3 and one on R5).

 

Note:  The links between routers are NOT being advertised via BGP.  So you can only ping directly connected peers.  To verify other routes you must use the "ping x.x.x.x source y.y.y.y" command.

 

 

Below are the modified configurations for the "no-synchronization" option.
