Mark has had a lengthy career as a network engineer with an abundance of experience in various networking technologies such as routing & switching, data center, service provider, and design. Throughout his career, Mark achieved various Cisco certifications across all levels, including three CCIE’s (Routing and Switching, Data Center, and Service Provider) and the CCDE certification.
Mark became a member of the Cisco Learning Network in 2011 and has developed a strong presence ever since. Over time, he established himself not only as a valuable contributor, but also as a leader and mentor of our community. The years of experience as a network professional and his desire to help others inspired him to share all of that acquired knowledge and expertise on the site. Mark has been involved as a subject matter expert and has authored technical documents for Cisco in addition to writing blogs and lending direct assistance to community members in the discussion study groups here on the Cisco Learning Network.
His contributions and positive impact as a top member on the site eventually led him to earn a spot as a Cisco Designated VIP in 2016.
Now Mark is embarking on a new journey in his career with Cisco. As CCDE Program Manager, he will be involved in the planning, governance, development, and future direction of the CCDE certification program.
Mark, the entire Cisco Learning Network team is honored to have you as a colleague. We wish you the very best in your new role as Program Manager and look forward to a bright and exciting future ahead for the CCDE certification program. Congratulations.
